About
Bruce Davies has spent more than five decades building a career in real estate—and an understanding of the business that extends far beyond buying and selling homes. Since beginning his real estate career in Stockton in 1974, Bruce has worked as a broker, investor, property owner and developer, giving him a depth of knowledge and perspective that few real estate professionals can match.
More than 35 years ago, Bruce and Karylene Mann founded Partners Real Estate, creating a locally focused brokerage built on experience, relationships and exceptional service. Over the decades, Bruce has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers throughout Stockton and San Joaquin County and has played an integral role in establishing the reputation Partners holds in the community today.
Bruce’s experience also includes real estate investment, property management and development, giving him a unique ability to evaluate properties and opportunities from multiple perspectives. That firsthand experience, combined with decades in the local market, allows him to bring practical insight and sound judgment to even the most complex transactions.
Today, Bruce remains an active part of Partners Real Estate, continuing to represent clients while also serving as an invaluable resource to the brokerage he helped build. His experience, insight and decades of knowledge of the Stockton real estate market remain an important part of Partners Real Estate and its legacy.
Not saying you should obsessively check your mailbox for the next few days… 💌 But also, maybe check your mailbox. 😂👀 An Evening with Partners invitations are officially in the mail! We can’t wait!
If other professionals posted like those of us in real estate… 😂 We gave the Partners team new careers and somehow everyone is still asking for referrals. Please don’t call us for surgery.
25 Year later, we remember. We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed and the incredible courage of the first responders and everyday people who stepped forward to help others. We remember the heartbreak of that day, but also the way our country came together in the days that followed. Today we pause to honor them all. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
Our agents had a busy Q3 with multi-family properties, too! 🏢 Some of these properties sold during the quarter, while others are still available. We’re grateful to the clients who trusted our agents with their investments and proud of the work that went into each one. A big thank you to the cooperating agents and the lenders, escrow and title teams, inspectors, and vendors who helped bring these transactions together.
