About
Karylene Mann is one of the most experienced real estate professionals in the Stockton market and an important part of the history of Partners Real Estate. With more than five decades in the business, she brings a level of market knowledge, perspective and experience that simply can’t be replicated.
More than 35 years ago, Karylene and Bruce Davies founded Partners Real Estate, building a brokerage rooted in local expertise, strong relationships and exceptional client service. Over the decades, Karylene has become especially well known in Stockton’s luxury real estate market, representing distinctive properties and generations of clients throughout the area.
Karylene’s experience is extensive, but what has always set her apart is her ability to solve problems. She enjoys the challenge of a complicated transaction, finding solutions when obstacles arise and figuring out how to get a deal to the finish line. That combination of experience, creativity and calm problem-solving has earned her the trust of clients and fellow real estate professionals alike.
Throughout her career, Karylene has successfully represented hundreds of buyers and sellers and has developed a depth of knowledge that comes only from decades spent working in the same community. She understands not just Stockton real estate, but the neighborhoods, properties and people that make the area unique.
Today, Karylene remains an important part of Partners Real Estate, continuing to serve her clients while also bringing invaluable experience and perspective to the brokerage she helped create more than three decades ago.
Not saying you should obsessively check your mailbox for the next few days… 💌 But also, maybe check your mailbox. 😂👀 An Evening with Partners invitations are officially in the mail! We can’t wait!
If other professionals posted like those of us in real estate… 😂 We gave the Partners team new careers and somehow everyone is still asking for referrals. Please don’t call us for surgery.
25 Year later, we remember. We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed and the incredible courage of the first responders and everyday people who stepped forward to help others. We remember the heartbreak of that day, but also the way our country came together in the days that followed. Today we pause to honor them all. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
Our agents had a busy Q3 with multi-family properties, too! 🏢 Some of these properties sold during the quarter, while others are still available. We’re grateful to the clients who trusted our agents with their investments and proud of the work that went into each one. A big thank you to the cooperating agents and the lenders, escrow and title teams, inspectors, and vendors who helped bring these transactions together.
