Raquel Cumpian has been an integral part of Partners Real Estate since 2004, serving as Office Manager and in-house Transaction Coordinator—and, as anyone at Partners will tell you, wearing countless other hats along the way.
With more than two decades at Partners, Raquel knows the brokerage inside and out. She keeps the day-to-day operations running like a well-oiled machine while managing the details and deadlines behind transactions from contract to close.

Organized, knowledgeable and incredibly dependable, Raquel is often the person behind the scenes making sure things get done, problems get solved and nothing falls through the cracks.

Her experience and attention to detail make her an invaluable resource not only to the agents at Partners, but also to the clients, escrow officers, lenders and other professionals involved in each transaction. She brings a calm, capable approach to even the busiest days and has an uncanny ability to keep track of just about everything—and everyone.

Raquel has strong roots in Stockton and is proud to call the community home. She and her husband have three children, and family has always been an important part of her life.
After more than 20 years together, Raquel is far more than a member of the Partners team—she is an essential part of what makes the office work. Quite simply, we don't know what we'd do without her.
