Born and raised in Stockton, California, Scott Smith is a proud multi-generational Stocktonian with more than 22 years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout the Central Valley and the entire 209 area. 25 Year later, we remember. We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed and the incredible courage of the first responders and everyday people who stepped forward to help others.
