About
Susan Arismendi has been helping buyers and sellers throughout San Joaquin County and the surrounding areas since 2017. Specializing in residential real estate, Susan brings a diverse professional background in healthcare, hospitality, business and real estate investing—experience that has shaped both her approach to real estate and the high level of service she provides her clients.
Known for her integrity, attention to detail and genuinely caring approach, Susan believes every client deserves to feel supported and well represented throughout their transaction. She takes the time to understand what matters most to the people she works with and approaches each client relationship as she would one with family—with honesty, patience and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.
A Stockton resident for nearly 30 years, Susan has deep roots in the community she serves. She and her husband raised their two sons here and continue to call Stockton home, along with their beloved Goldendoodle, Gemma. Susan is also actively involved in volunteering within the community and values the opportunity to give back to the place that has been home to her family for so many years.
Whether helping someone purchase their first home, sell a longtime family residence or make their next real estate investment, Susan combines local knowledge, professionalism and a personal touch to make the experience as seamless as possible.
Not saying you should obsessively check your mailbox for the next few days… 💌 But also, maybe check your mailbox. 😂👀 An Evening with Partners invitations are officially in the mail! We can’t wait!
If other professionals posted like those of us in real estate… 😂 We gave the Partners team new careers and somehow everyone is still asking for referrals. Please don’t call us for surgery.
25 Year later, we remember. We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed and the incredible courage of the first responders and everyday people who stepped forward to help others. We remember the heartbreak of that day, but also the way our country came together in the days that followed. Today we pause to honor them all. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
Our agents had a busy Q3 with multi-family properties, too! 🏢 Some of these properties sold during the quarter, while others are still available. We’re grateful to the clients who trusted our agents with their investments and proud of the work that went into each one. A big thank you to the cooperating agents and the lenders, escrow and title teams, inspectors, and vendors who helped bring these transactions together.
