Suzanne Grande brings decades of real estate experience and a deep understanding of commercial real estate throughout Stockton, Lodi and the Central Valley. Since joining Partners Real Estate in 2014 to lead the commercial division, Suzanne has helped clients navigate commercial sales, leasing and investment opportunities across a wide range of property types.
Her experience extends well beyond traditional brokerage. Suzanne’s background includes land acquisition, urban development and housing projects throughout more than 23 California counties, giving her a unique perspective when evaluating properties, opportunities and the challenges that can come with complex commercial transactions.
Suzanne believes that understanding the business behind the real estate is just as important as understanding the property itself. She takes the time to learn her clients’ goals and vision, bringing strong negotiation skills, creativity and a solutions-oriented approach to each transaction. Whether representing a business owner, investor, landlord or tenant, her focus is on helping clients make informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcome.
Deeply connected to the Stockton community, Suzanne has served on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Home of Stockton and is a past president of the organization. In 2022, she was also recognized by the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce as a Business Manager of the Year.
Today, Suzanne continues to lead Partners Commercial, providing clients throughout the Central Valley with the experience, local knowledge and personalized service that have long defined Partners Real Estate.

25 Year later, we remember. We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed and the incredible courage of the first responders and everyday people who stepped forward to help others. We remember the heartbreak of that day, but also the way our country came together in the days that followed. Today we pause to honor them all. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
